Location Aurora, IL Description Renovation of existing 1-story 60,000+ square foot building and re-location of client from previous office space. The client’s preference to maintain their original aesthetic in the executive wing was achieved by reusing furniture, fixtures and art from the previous space. The rest of the project’s interiors were designed to compliment the building’s architecture. Collaborative Chenevert Architects Scope Design presentations to the board of directors included: finish selections with material boards, finish plan, floor pattern design, furniture planning and selection, lighting design, art selection and planning. The scope included the following spaces: lobby, reception, conference rooms, open office areas, executive offices, CEO suite, auditorium, cafeteria, and circulation spaces. Our design team provided inventory recording and relocation planning for existing furniture and artwork. During construction, submittal review, site visits and furniture bidding, purchasing and placement was included in the scope. Completion Date September 2013
