The first Rock n Sake was established in 1991 on Fulton Street in New Orleans. In 2009, Ferrand Design began collaborating with restaurant owners and architects to design the second location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Baton Rouge location was soon followed by the third location in Lafayette, Louisiana and the fourth location in Old Metairie, Louisiana. Collaborative DNA Architects Scope Concept development, design development and construction administration: Work included: interior construction documents with floor plans, elevations, interior finish selections, color scheme packages, furniture layouts & selections, electrical coordination, construction administration, furniture design and procurement, art & accessories, custom feature walls, custom wallpaper, custom murals, custom lighting and furniture.
